The Sable SMPC (Sable Minimalist Plate Carrier) is a streamlined, low-profile carrier bag set. Designed around standard 10x12 SAPI styleplates, the SMPC prioritizes simplicity, and durability in a clean, purpose-driven platform.
Features
Low-Profile 10x12 Fitment
Designed specifically for standard 10x12 SAPI cut armor plates, works best with ceramic or poly plates, but will accommodate stand alone soft armor.
Precision Shoulder Adjustment
Hook-and-loop shoulder attachment allows exact ride height adjustment for proper plate positioning and user comfort.
Cummerbund Compatibility
Rear hook-and-loop interface supports elastic or structural cummerbund systems. (Adapter required for pass through cummerbunds lacking Velcro rear attachment)
Ventilated Plate Bag Design
Hook-and-loop plate retention with a ventilated bottom opening helps reduce moisture retention and debris buildup.
Reinforced Shoulder Construction
Squadron laminate shoulder sections provide added durability in high-stress zones.
U.S. Made Construction
Manufactured in-house from 500D Cordura and hook-and-loop sourced from U.S. mills.

Lasercut Precision
We rely on laser-cutting technology to ensure precision and consistency across every piece of gear we make. As humans, we’re not immune to error — that’s why we use the best tools at our disposal. Laser cutting allows us to produce clean edges, repeatable patterns, and tight tolerances that traditional methods can’t match, all while maximizing material efficiency and structural integrity.
Genuine Patterns
Sable Defense gear is made using licensed, genuine authentic camouflage patterns. We don’t use knockoff prints or overseas copies — every branded fabric is sourced from authorized U.S. mills to ensure color accuracy, NIR compliance, and long-term durability.
Material Used
When we can we will use only U.S.-sourced, military-grade materials. That includes 500D Cordura® nylon for abrasion resistance and durability, Squadron™ laminate for laser-cut precision and rigidity, Type 69 bonded nylon thread for strength and long-term wear, mil-spec hook & loop for reliable attachment, and ITW Nexus or Duraflex® hardware for dependable load-bearing components. All materials are selected for performance in real-world conditions — no knockoffs, no imported substitutes.
NIR Compliance / BERRY Amendment
Sable Defense gear prioritizes berry amendment compliant fabrics when possible through our sources we use US produced fabrics as of now this applies to all Multicam, solid color and M81 offerings.
Obscure "niche" camo webbing used in our slings is almost always sourced from overseas as US mills simply just don't produce it.
When available we always priortize US fabric and when we can't we will let you know!

Can I request custom gear or small-batch runs
Yes. We offer limited custom and small-batch production. Reach out with your specs or unit needs, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — everything we make is backed by a lifetime warranty. If your gear fails due to workmanship or material defects, we’ll repair or replace it. Simple as that.
Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on all gear for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Times?
In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order gear will follow the lead times listed at checkout. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.
