Sable Defense Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for most items.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase as long as:

The item is complete, functional, and not missing any hardware

You provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Normal signs of handling or light use are acceptable — we just ask that the gear is in working condition. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or no longer functional may be handled under our warranty process instead.
To begin a return or exchange, email sabledefense@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you'd like a different item, the quickest method is to complete the return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Medical gear (e.g. tourniquets, trauma kits, med supplies)

Ballistic plates
Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Custom or made-to-order items

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sabledefense@gmail.com with photos or a description of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
EU Customers
Orders shipped into the European Union are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must still be complete, functional, and returned with proof of purchase.
